What's included
Build-back after water, fire, and mold losses. Structural repairs to walls, ceilings, and floors, drywall and insulation replacement, new flooring and tile, kitchen and bathroom rebuilds, and interior and exterior painting. Licensed, bonded, insured, and IICRC certified.

How the job goes.

Assessment and planning
We inspect the damage, list what has to come out and what can be repaired, and write a plan for the full rebuild. You get a clear timeline and budget before work starts, so you know what to expect.

Insurance coordination
If the rebuild is part of a covered claim, we prepare what the adjuster needs: photos, detailed documentation, and written reports that support the claim and keep approvals moving.

Removal of damaged materials
Everything too damaged to repair comes out: cut drywall, wet insulation, buckled flooring, compromised framing. We clear down to sound material and leave the area clean and ready for rebuilding.

Rebuild and repairs
The crew rebuilds the structure and installs new materials: framing and insulation first, then drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, windows, and doors. Everything is built to meet safety codes and quality standards.

Finishing
Painting, trim work, and final flooring details complete the job. We walk the space with you and don't close out the project until the finished rooms match the plan you approved.

Your deductible is still yours to cover, and we'll tell you that number before any work starts rather than after. You also don't need a claim to hire us. Plenty of our jobs are paid directly by the homeowner, and after the free inspection we'll say which way makes more sense for the damage you have.

Dry, cleared, and still down to the studs
Water and mold work usually ends with drywall cut out, insulation bagged, and flooring removed. We rebuild from that point: framing repairs where needed, new insulation and drywall, flooring, and paint, so the room looks and functions the way it did before the loss.
A kitchen or bathroom gutted after a leak
Burst pipes and overflowing fixtures often mean tear-out in kitchens and bathrooms, and the tear-out can take cabinets, flooring, and sections of wall with it. We handle full kitchen and bathroom reconstruction: cabinets, trim, tile, flooring, and paint.
Fire damage that cleaning can't fix
Fire often leaves walls, ceilings, and floors beyond repair. Once soot removal is done and the structure is dry, we rebuild the damaged rooms and bring the property back to its pre-loss condition.
An approved claim with no contractor lined up
If your carrier has approved the repairs, we can work from the adjuster's scope. You pick the finishes; we build to the approved scope.

What does your reconstruction work cover?
The build-back after a loss: framing and structural repairs, insulation, drywall, flooring and tile, kitchen and bathroom rebuilds, painting, trim, windows, doors, and finishing work. One company handles the job from demolition through final coat, so nothing is lost in a handoff between a mitigation crew and a separate builder.
How long does reconstruction take?
It scales with the scope. Replacing drywall and paint in one room is days; rebuilding a kitchen is weeks. Insurance approvals can add time, and we build the schedule around them when a claim is involved. The plan you approve before work starts includes the timeline for your job, and we tell you when something moves it.
Do repairs after water or fire damage need permits?
Some do. Structural repairs, electrical, plumbing, and most work beyond finishes typically require municipal permits and inspections in New Jersey. We build to code and handle the permit process as part of the project scope, so the work passes inspection and nothing surprises you at resale.
Does insurance pay for the rebuild too?
On a covered claim, the rebuild is usually part of the loss, and we document it the same way as the cleanup: photos, an itemized scope, and reports the adjuster can approve. Handling mitigation and reconstruction under one roof also means one set of paperwork instead of two contractors pointing at each other.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect, take moisture readings where water is involved, and give you a written scope and estimate at no charge. If the damage is minor enough to handle yourself, we say that. You decide what happens next with the findings in hand.
