Will the mold come back after remediation?
Not if the moisture problem is fixed — that is the step that decides it. Mold is a symptom; damp material is the cause. Every remediation we run includes finding and correcting the water source, whether that is a leak, condensation, or ventilation. Does homeowners insurance cover water damage?

What does mold remediation involve?
Six steps: inspect and find the moisture source, contain the area with plastic sheeting and negative air, remove contaminated materials like drywall and insulation, clean the remaining surfaces with EPA-registered products, fix the moisture problem, and encapsulate cleaned framing with a sealant coating where it is warranted. HEPA air scrubbers run through the work.
